After a successful year of digitally enabled pricing, reimbursement, and market access consultancy, PRMA Consulting is looking to the future.
The consultancy is furthering its mission to be the go-to consulting partner, using insight-based strategic consultancy and transformative digital applications to deliver smarter market access solutions.
Supporting this journey will be new Senior Director, Vicky O’Connor.
Vicky has more than 20 years’ experience in market access and healthcare communications, and has held market access, corporate affairs, medical communications, and public relations roles in industry and consultancy. Her experience covers Global, European, and UK work at all stages of the product lifecycle.
Vicky is experienced in developing market access and communications strategies as well as leading on tactical delivery. She is passionate about ensuring market access communications not only resonate with payers, but also tap into the policy and patient access agenda.
“A good market access strategy that defines and communicates value is vital, not just to ensure successful HTA/pricing and reimbursement, but also to engage much wider audiences. A narrative that resonates, like any good story, has the power to engage and connect. As stakeholder groups like policy makers, patients, and patient advocacy groups become more vocal and influential in the access and pricing process, ensuring market access strategy and deliverables can work for these audiences is essential.
I am delighted to be joining PRMA Consulting, who are leaders in creating robust market access solutions that drive commercial success. By combining second-to-none, accurate, country-specific information with in-depth consultancy knowledge and expertise, PRMA Consulting provides answers to and counsels on how the current environment links to each specific situation, therapy area, and brand.
I am also passionate about ensuring market access programs are robust enough to meet the needs of critical appraisal, but creative enough to grab attention and change behavior. Linking market access to policy and communications, to ensure a holistic approach, is what motivates me and something I look forward to working on further in my new role.”
