Gaining the most benefit from your market access digital applications

Rozz joins us as we strengthen and expand the support provided to clients using the PRMA digital applications, our smarter market access solutions. In this update, Rozz explains that she will be helping clients gain more value from the technology and describes what it’s like to join a diverse HEOR and market access consultancy.
I’m Rozz, the new Client Excellence, Learning, and Support Lead at PRMA Consulting, part of Fishawack Health. My role is to support clients using the PRMA digital applications. I will be enabling our clients to get the most value from the technology and introducing an enhanced package of resources, training, and support.
Ensuring that market access clients get the most value from their PRMA digital applications
Many of us have had experiences of excitedly plugging in a new piece of technology and within minutes coming close to sending it back to the manufacturer in frustration. I’ve lost count of the times I have read a user guide that is full of jargon or been directed to a help page that is far from helpful. I am pleased to say that clients using our digital applications won’t get that.
What they will get is professional support that is tailored to their unique needs. In the early days I can be their reassuring go-to contact or conduct training sessions for teams to help get them started with the applications. As those teams become more experienced with the technology, they’ll receive access to the self-service hub and updates from me on how they can achieve more and get the best value from the applications.
I will be:
- launching and continually updating the self-service knowledge base and resources
- achieving the perfect balance between an easy-to-use self–service platform and one-to-one human support for technical issues
- creating consistent and standardized learning journeys for training in the use of the digital applications.
I have over 6 years’ experience in learning and development, so I understand how to overcome the challenges of using new technologies for the first time, or how to gain the most benefit from their digital applications. Like all the team at PRMA Consulting, I am here to help.

Since my interview, I have felt that the culture at PRMA Consulting is friendly, collaborative, and inclusive. I have been heartened by how kind and nice my busy colleagues are. Even when working virtually I am treated as “Rozz” the person, rather than my job title, and I feel encouraged and confident to ask challenging questions, join discussions, and share my thoughts with colleagues.
Part of what makes the company special is its diverse team, and I feel valued for my individuality. After completing the Insights® Discovery program, I learned more about my communication style and the strengths I bring to internal and external teams. Investment in staff in this way shows me that the company cares for and respects individuals and finds worth in the different approaches that its people bring to their clients’ market access projects.
One of my passions is for progressing diversity in the technology industry
During my interview I leant that PRMA Consulting is a member of WEConnect, an international network that connects women’s enterprises with global opportunities. I’m thrilled to say that the company have sponsored my ticket to this year’s Women in Technology virtual conference. As well as feeling accepted, this shows me that the company welcomes diversity, is innovative and adaptable.
