Analyst/Senior Analyst

As an Analyst/Senior Analyst, you will support the development and execution of pragmatic and creative market access strategies for truly innovative products starting as early as Phase 2. You will develop strategies and research plans to communicate evidence-based value propositions in the APAC and internationally. You will conduct in-depth research, synthesize data, create innovative content, and develop deliverables to provide strategic insights and recommendations. As such, your ability to interpret data from a variety of sources and communicate these effectively is essential.
In addition, the successful candidate for the Senior Analyst role will need an understanding of the APAC healthcare processes and requirements, APAC payer and health system dynamics, and methodological/analytic methods to drive client-relevant strategies. Familiarity with global market access, value communications, and/or HEOR projects is desirable. This role will also involve client engagement and account management of our growing client list.

Key skills/responsibilities for the Analyst role
- Support client relationships through project and new business development
- Gain knowledge and experience of supporting the development of results-based APAC market access strategies
- Gain understanding of value assessment frameworks in the APAC region, particularly payer evidence review and decision-making requirements (international HTA and system knowledge is a plus)
- Gain experience in supporting primary and secondary health research, including, but not limited to, qualitative in-depth interviews, quantitative surveys, and advisory boards
- Outstanding work ethic and commitment to delivering timely, high-quality work
- Proven organizational ability and skills to effectively prioritize competing demands across multiple projects
- First-rate written and verbal communication skills, including development of research reports and narratives in PowerPoint
Key skills/responsibilities for the Senior Analyst role
- Demonstrated track record of high performance, ideally in the market access consulting, managed markets agency, payer/health system, or pharmaceutical sectors, and with client-facing experience
- Experience with supporting client relationships through project and new business development
- Some knowledge and experience of supporting the development of results-based APAC market access strategies
- Some understanding of value assessment frameworks in the APAC, particularly payer evidence review and decision-making requirements (international HTA and system knowledge is a plus)
- Fundamental understanding of payer systems in APAC
- Experience in supporting primary and secondary health research, including qualitative in-depth interviews, quantitative surveys, and advisory boards
- Outstanding work ethic and commitment to delivering timely, high-quality work
- Proven organizational ability and skills to effectively prioritize competing demands across multiple projects
- First-rate written and verbal communication skills, including development of research reports and narratives in PowerPoint
Education level and qualifications for the Analyst/Senior Analyst role
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related discipline required
- Graduate degree in a healthcare-related discipline (e.g., MPH, PharmD) or management (e.g., MBA) preferred
- For the Senior Analyst role, 1–2 years of experience in the life sciences industry or a life sciences-focused consulting practice is preferred
