Freya Garner

Associate Director, Project Management

Freya’s role at PRMA Consulting focuses on managing the project staffing and resourcing process. She ensures that the right teams are on the right projects and that the correct level of support is available to successfully deliver client deliverables. Freya also provides program support on some of our Major Accounts (budget templates, project dashboard, staffing situation, traffic management, internal alignment).

Freya is an experienced project manager working at a senior level in complex, varied, and challenging environments. Freya has detailed working knowledge of  project and program manager methodologies, techniques, and practices.

She has Agile Project Management Foundation and is working towards Prince2 Foundation.

Freya loves to spend time with her 7 year old son and is a keen runner when not injured!
