Jothi works as a Resourcing Manager within the Operations Team of PRMA Consulting.
She has more than 5 years’ resource and project management experience, predominantly gained within the Big4 professional service firms.
Her responsibilities at PRMA Consulting include managing and owning the staffing and resourcing function, working very closely with the Practice Leads to ensure all projects are being managed and resourcing efficiently and effectively, data analysis, reporting, and supporting our internal colleagues with their career progression and aspirations.
Outside of work, Jothi enjoys running and heading to the gym, and spending much time with her two little boys as possible.
