Phil has a career spanning nearly 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry across various consulting, business development, and commercial strategy roles.
He spent 12 years as a consultant, working on global market access and commercialization initiatives across leading pharmaceuticals, orphan therapies, generics, medical devices, diagnostics, and the digital health space. As a result, his expertise spans many therapeutic areas including specific interest in ophthalmology, hematology, and rare disease.
Following this, Phil took up a client strategy role to support the organization in building trusted partnerships and delivering sustainable growth.
When not at work, Phil is a family man spending time with his young children. He also enjoys cycling, tennis, and is a trained jazz trombone player – frequently playing at venues around the UK.
