Technical Lead

Richard is Technical Lead for the PRMA Consulting digital applications with a focus on technical design, patterns, and practices.

Richard has extensive recent experience as a consultant working with an array of startup and enterprise clients on mobile, web, kiosk, and desktop projects. In addition to his more recent consultancy work, Richard co-founded and operated a successful software company for over 20 years, successfully guiding it to acquisition by a US firm in 2021.

Driven by a passion for empowering development teams, Richard champions the implementation of robust technical strategies and innovative approaches. He stays at the forefront of technology to identify opportunities for production-ready innovation.

When he’s not immersed in tech, Richard enjoys his time running (at his own pace!), practicing Tae Kwon Do, and exploring the UK in a campervan.
