With nearly 10 years of SaaS industry (software as a service) experience, Rozz is passionate about digitally transforming processes and workstreams for her clients to improve their projects.
As Client Excellence Associate Director, she ensures optimal user experience and outcomes for the company’s digital products and services. She has launched and managed Learning Management Systems and online Communities and designed and built digital learning experiences.
In her time at PRMA Consulting, she has launched a self-service platform to increase engagement and adoption, relaunched three digital applications, implemented and supported numerous digital projects for her clients, and shaped the Client Excellence services to better meet client needs.
In her spare time, Rozz is actively interested in social justice, and enjoys fantasy novels and hip-hop music.
